Two principles included in our QA are 1) “Fit for purpose” the product should be suitable for the intended purpose; and 2) “Right the first time” mistakes should be eliminated. QA also embodies regulation of the qualitY of raw materials, assemblies, products and components as well as services related to production, inspection processes, and management.
QualitY is determined by product users, clients, or customers.
