Our agents are using Avaya One X Agent soft phone consoles with all the relevant analytics tools to provide the requisite data to manage our clients Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Our servers are also industry leading which manage internal emails, active directory and DHCP functions that ensure efficiencies and security amongst all clients. All agent computers are Hewlett Packard (HP) unless otherwise dictated by clients.
Telecommunication service to the United States will be handled through LIME and FLOW, as they manage connectivity through the Caribbean back into America. We have redundant Tier 1 communication companies in the U.S. that managing the initial point of contact with clients.
Finally, We have redundancies in place for the network via Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and a standalone generator which will prevent the facility from having down time no matter the circumstance.
